General Pest Control
Our General Pest Control service is performed for a wide range of invasive pests.
Each location is different but typically this service usually consists of the following
*Initial Inspection/Assessment of Interior & Exterior of the property
*Interior residual spot treatment
*Exterior application to the perimeter of the structure, eaves and fence line with a residual barrier
*Treatment of harborage areas
*Treating cracks, voids and block wall columns with a dust formulation pesticide
*Crack and Crevice treatment of Exterior
*Granular treatment to lawns
*Placing of baits for certain pest species
*Setting insect traps for monitoring pest presence
*Cobweb dusting/nest removal
As part of an Integrated Pest Management approach to pest control, we may make recommendations that you can do to make the property less pest friendly and reduce populations. Thus making the service more efficient.
This can be a one time service or we can perform it monthly, bi-monthly,quarterly and so on depending
on the target pest and the specific needs of your home or business.
Once the initial clean out service is performed we recommend routine service as preventive maintenance.
Again, depending on target pest and your specific needs.
Filth Fly Service
Our service for Flies such as the House Flies, Blow Flies and Flesh Flies is normally performed alongside a General Pest Control service
but in addition to the normal service we apply a residual to resting areas followed by a bait application. This method is the best we have found which normally gives great results.
Sanitation is key and breeding sites must be removed to get best results.
Other flies such as Phorid Flies and Drain Flies require different treatment methods.
Again sanitation is key here but more often than not if they are inside the home they are breeding in the drains.
We can remove these by treating the drains directly with a bio-foam.
Mosquito Reduction
The first thing we'll do is inspect for breeding sites.
Any standing water found will need to be removed or treated with a larvacide.
Even a soda can holds enough water to breed mosquitoes
Adult mosquito reduction is achieved by first applying a residual to resting areas such as eaves and other shaded areas.
Then we use special equipment to treat trees, plants and shrubs.
Mosquitoes are sensitive to light and heat so they are more likely to be under the leaves of plants during the day.
The equipment we have allows us to apply a very fine particle of product in a mist that that reaches throughout
the entire plant and all of its leaves, killing on contact and leaving a residual that will continue to kill mosquitoes for weeks.
Even while doing all of this it's recommended to use repellents on your skin to deter them from targeting you.
We are treating your property, and while effective, we aren't always treating the rest of your neighbors properties as well so
there will still be mosquitoes around.
Tick Treatment
Service for ticks includes treating the entire property, treating baseboards on the interior of the home, dusting voids, applying granule formulations to any grass areas, and treating cracks and crevices.
We use a variety of pesticides in treating for ticks.
It is necessary to treat the property again 7-20 days after the initial treatment.
Client's will also need to have their dogs treated as well.
It is highly recommended to have the property treated monthly to maintain it once control is achieved.
German Roaches/Brown Banded Cockroaches
These types of roaches are infesting pests.
Which means once they are introduced into a structure they live and repopulate solely inside of it.
unlike American and Oriental Roaches which are invasive.
There will need to be some preparation done by the client prior to initial treatment.
The treatment method for German Roaches/Brown banded Roaches involves treating seams in cabinets, cupboards, drawers, baseboards, under appliances and counter top back splashes with a residual.
We also dust wall voids by removing the outlet and light switch covers.
Often we will accompany this treatment with a select roach bait.
Finally we perform a crack/crevice flush treatment.
Two treatments are necessary for these pests to kill newly hatched eggs.
The kitchen and bathroom areas are normally the only areas that need to be treated for German Roaches.
Brown Banded Roaches however may require the whole structure.
Bed Bugs
Bed Bug treatment requires the client have the home fully prepared in order to begin.
All the details of this preparation can be given once you contact us and we inspect the home.
Once prepared we use a variety of products in our treatment process.
While we do use some pesticides, we will also use non-poisonous products as well as our steam process for certain furniture.
Rodent Clean Out (inside structure)
Typically we use traps when dealing with rats or mice inside a home.
Only in rare instances will we use baits inside.
We will need to inspect the property first so whatever evidence of rodents you are seeing please don't remove it as this will help us in identifying the pest.
We will normally focus our control efforts where the most activity is found.
This is usually various areas throughout a house and in the attic.
Once we are confident the problem is under control we will then clean and sanitize the areas where droppings have been seen.
It is important that you do not disturb any droppings without it being sanitized first to prevent the spread of diseases.
Rodents (outside of structure)
This service is often performed while we are doing General Pest Control services in areas with high rodent populations
but it can be a stand alone service.
We use special locking stations for bait placement that children and pets cannot get into.
We put these in strategic locations so it is important that they are left undisturbed by everyone.
Rare instances may dictate the use of traps outdoors.
Home Seal & Pest Exclusion
This service is recommended when pest presence in the area or on the property is extremely high or when there is a zero tolerance for pests entering the structure. There is no way to eliminate every entry point but we can eliminate 60% to 90% of them with this service.
This would also be recommended for people who do not pesticides used even on the outside of the structure.
We recommend doing both for pests like scorpions as they will still be in abundance outside but it will make a huge difference
and gives great peace of mind knowing that we have made it as difficult
as possible for them to get inside your home.
We use a variety of materials to fill gaps and cracks that almost every house in the valley has.
This service is custom to each structure so an inspection is needed for accurate pricing.
Weeds & Grasses
We offer full service for weeds and unwanted grasses.
For weeds we provide pre-emergent and post emergent treatments.
Our pre-emergent service is done by applying a pre-emergent herbicide to the soil or landscaping.
It works by having rainfall or irrigation move the product into the soil where seeds germinate and sprout.
Once there it inhibits the ability for the germinated seed to grow roots causing it to die. In most cases before it sprouts.
Post-emergent herbicides that we use are applied directly to the weeds where they are absorbed and taken to the roots through photosynthesis which kills them completely.
Unless there are extremely rare circumstances, pre-emergent service comes with a 6 month warranty.
Grass is treated the same way with post-emergent herbicides.
With the exception that it will take a few applications to kill it completely to the underground root system.
Pre-emergent herbicides will not be 100% effective for many types of grasses since they grow from existing roots under or above ground.
For this reason, pre-emergents are not usually performed for grasses and they are not covered under the 6 month warranty.
Termites
We provide full service for Subterranean Termites.
Everything from a general inspection to full treatments.

W.D.I.I.R's (wood destroying insect inspection & report)
This type of inspection is done when buying or selling a home or building, or refinancing.
It is required by lender's in most situations to be approved for a loan.
Our experience and knowledge is applied in making sure the home is free not only of organisms that destroy or feed on wood but also conducive conditions, and moisture problems.
If termites or other problems are found we will issue an estimate on resolving the problem effectively and quickly so you can get back to finalizing the loan.
Termite Treatments
Our termite treatments are performed using the best products on the market.
The object of treatment is to place a constant barrier in the soil surrounding the structure to protect it from these insects.
We dig a trench in the soil surrounding the structure, treat the soil and fill it back in with soil.
In areas where concrete abuts the structure we will drill holes in the concrete and inject the termiticide below the slab into the soil followed by patching the holes up.
Some structure may require drilling through the stem wall to reach soil below the slab or drilling through block to foam the void there.
Interior treatments are done by foaming the void between the studs where termite activity is seen.
It may also be necessary to pull the carpet back and treat the concrete slab.
Bees
If a colony of bees have made a hive on your property we can treat the hive and destroy it.
If it is just a clump of bees resting on say a tree, it is best to leave them alone and most times they will move on on their own in a few days.
It's important that we only apply fatal pest control measures for bees when it is necessary for safety.
A Hive on the property falls under this category.
A clump or foraging bees on flowers does not.
In fact it is illegal to kill foraging (worker) bees collecting pollen with pesticides.
